Milk Pudding

Saya mmg suka la buat dessert kalau ada makan-makan, kalau tak suruh pun, saya mesti gatal merenyam nak buat, kehkehkeh. Kadang-kadang sampai angin taufan, saya akan gatal juga nak buat lauk/side dishes. Disamping American Chocolate Cake tu, saya juga buat milk pudding. Macam biasa, kalau nak dpt idea buat dessert, saya pasti akan geledah dapur Kak Nor. Pudding ni sempoi je dan disebabkan saya malas nak bukak tin santan yg baru, saya hanya guna 50ml santan je, belasah lah labu. For me, it's a bit too sweet tapi saya tanya  orang lain yg makan, they said, it's just nice, ntahlah labu. And yg paling tak best, saya lupa nak cakar sikit dgn garfu the top of green layer before saya letak the white layer. Akibatnya, bila dipotong, putih dan hijau tidak sehaluan lagi, lagi terbahagi dua, hehe. Anyway, taste wise, sedapp!! Dan wajar dibuat lagi, sebab sonang yo.

Milk Pudding by Gert (copied from Kak Nor)
Ingredients:
600 ml water
120 gram sugar
8 gram agar agar powder
3 pandan leaves
300 ml milk
200 ml coconut milk
A few drop of pandan paste

Methods:

1. In a medium size saucepan bring the water, agar agar power and pandan leaves to boil. Let it boil for 3 minute until agar agar power dissolved.
2. Add in sugar; continue to stir until sugar dissolved. Lastly pour in the milk and coconut milk. Turn down the heat and bring the mixture to a slow simmer. Turn off the heat and remove the pandan leaves.
3. Remove ¾ of the mixture and add in a small drop of pandan paste. Pour into prepared pan or mould. Let it set before pouring the balance of the agar agar (white portion) mixture on top. Let it set and serve cold.
